Received my monitor with a backlight issue (flicker problems). I've consulted Massdrop where they directed me to LG. After submitting my monitor for a repair, what i got in return was truly a disappointment. They shipped my monitor single boxed when it was instructed for me to double box the monitor in shipment to their facility. The monitor had scratches all over and dents on the corners. Monitor housing had noticeable gaps around the edges. The audio was not working at all. The quality control is just terrible.
I should've purchased a refurb from the getgo....
