Newegg used to be top notch for customer service and returns, but not any more. Unfortunately a few years ago they sold out and the new owners changed their return policy, something that a lot of people are not aware of. There's now a whopping 15% restocking fee and they no longer pay for return shipping for defective merchandise.
IMHO they are still riding on their old reputation. Just google "newegg restocking fee" and look at all those complaints.
BTW - 15% of $850 is $127.50. Let that sink in for a minute.
