As of 1pm today (latest UPS update) UPS claims they still haven't received the item. Maybe they're just not updating properly?
Either way, it claims UPS ground which means it'll be another 5 business days. Note: I leave the country in 6. Cutting it close here!
I hope I'll still be able to deal with any issues when I get back in January.
