Horrible experiance!!!! Joined this drop. Then I saw on the forum here that I could get this monitor for the same price on Amazon. I was like, Massdrop has been awesome, I can wait. I received my monitor, and it is awesome, exactly what I wanted, except it is defective. There is a blue vertical line running down the screen. I tried 3 different HDMI cables, tried both HDMI inputs on the monitor, tried my PS4. Blue line is part of this monitor, its defective.
So, first I contact Massdrop support, they request I send them photos of the issue. After Massdrop receives the pictures I am told that there is nothing Massdrop can do to help me with my defective monitor, and that I will need to contact LG directly to find a solution. Great.
This morning I call LG, and go through 4 different people telling me the best they can do is send me a "refurbished" monitor! After an hour or saying this is not acceptable, I gave in, I dont have time for this crap!
Very dissapointed in Massdrop for not taking care of me, I paid you. LG in my opinion could care less about their customers.
