International shipping is now offered at checkout. As Will mentioned, the shipping price is expensive given the weight of the monitor.
In terms of warranty, there is coverage internationally. However, in countries without a LG service center, you'll need to send the monitor to the US.

somnambulistThat's just shipping, you will be charged taxes across the border [as all online purchases over $20 are supposed to be] and brokerage fees from UPS which you can check their website for the rates on [from memory it's roughly 5% of purchase value].
