Also, I'd be eager to know some other tech specs, such as the type of backlighting (white LED? GB-LED? Is it controlled by PWM or PWM-free and thus flicker-free?) and perhaps even more importantly color gamut. Is this a 10-bit display (ie 1.07 billion colors)? Any info on panel quality otherwise? Is it AH-IPS? IGZO? At this price, I'd definitely like to see top-of-the-line specs on the panel itself as well.
I'm rather happy with my Massdrop acquired Monoprice 1440p monitor, yet I'm waiting for something larger and perhaps 4K resolution to arrive. Yet, this is alluring, but at the price range I'm really debating if it is worth a purchase versus waiting a bit longer for high-end, 30" 4K to become relatively affordable.
