For those folks wondering what the full story or previous details of this drop are, I'll post the original poll link so they can read the details for themselves. Page 7 has the biggest update from Will. See: https://www.massdrop.com/vote/ultrawide-monitors/
If someone else already posted it, I apologize.

socks_OCDThanks for posting that. I was wondering what the voting looked like. You'd think that 3000+ people voting for this monitor would mean it would sell out quick.
@StoleMyOwnCar & @Supermoist - I'm just trying to make you guys aware of what you're doing. You may not have come here to bash anyone, but that's what you're doing. Any good information you're posting is being drowned out by all the angst.

AdamKellarFor one, no. My larger posts are all filled with information and if we consider field of vision are most easily apparent. Though most people have reading comprehension issues, as has quickly become apparent to me by my exchanges with Supermoist. No one likes reading much these days. If you did you'd realize that most of the content of my posts is not me "being angsty". Go ahead, break down the percentages. See for yourself.
Two, I don't think angst is the word you're looking for anyway. I don't think you know what it means.

StoleMyOwnCarThe informal meaning (per google) is a feeling of persistent worry about something trivial.
That's exactly what it seems like you guys are doing. Going off at each other about something really trivial. I don't appreciate your tone either, please don't start with me.
Back on topic, I didn't see anyone else link Anandtech's review of the 34UM95 so here it is:
http://www.anandtech.com/show/8057/lg-34um95-monitor-review
Their reviewer, Chris, said he really liked it. He used to see 21:9 as a niche market mostly due to the 1080p height but he really loved this display for work and for gaming.

AdamKellarAt this point it feels like they're the same person arguing with each other for attention.

AdamKellarI'll "start" with you as much as I want, and I don't care about how you view my tone. For your information you're the one that began this with me, as your involvement in this was both unnecessary and also by your own volition. So either give up or face rebuttals. It's that simple.
"The informal meaning (per google) is a feeling of persistent worry about something trivial." For one...
Feeling of persistent worry? How is this worry? Indignation I could understand, but worry?
Two, your opinion of triviality:
That's a very subjective way of looking at it. To me this is far from trivial because this is a monitor that is selling for 900$ on here and he is possibly influencing individuals towards buying it with BS. There are quit a few dollars at stake here. I don't really care if they're mine.
Ironically I want to note you're starting an unnecessary sub-argument to an argument. Congratulations, your actions have done so much good.

AdamKellarYeah, 1080 super wide monitors are dumb. 1440 super wide is way better. More vertical space.
