I'm on the fence still. I called LG three times and talked to 3 different reps and none of them could find the specs and confirm that this is the same as the 95 model. I have found this online on a dozen different sites from $908 to about $960. I don't understand why everyone is selling this model with 3 yr warranty for less than the 95 model with 1yr warranty? Nobody is selling the 95 for under $999. Looks like we'll make $879 and maybe $849 so I will probably jump in. My only concern is if I get a damaged unit, then what? How would that situation be handled?

jmarksI don't think anybody is selling the 94 as it's still in pre-order. Massdrop worked it out with LG to offer that version (same monitor w/ 3-year warranty, part of the business-oriented line, not usually available for consumers). There's good discussion in the voting thread. If you get a bad unit, the warranty should certainly cover that.

jmarksA company like LG would have to have shipping covered in their warranty both because LG themselves are a large company and also because the products they ship can get quite large.

Gnrl_KittyMassdrop does the final shipping. They get the bulk shipment from LG then ship to individuals using UPS. So ask Massdrop.
