Which shipping company is the monitor going to be shipped with? If it's UPS, will I have to pay their outrageous customs fees to Canada?

psychostudent@psychostudent You are responsible for any duty and customs brokerage into Canada. I believe it is to be shipped via UPS ground so if that is the case, then there will be additional charges if shipping is not pre-cleared by you. That can include something like a $60 "paperwork" charge for the customs handling. You can get all the details on the UPS site, though it's really awkward trying to get a total price for customs handling... Very annoying. If it weren't for the Canadian duty, taxes and additional import fees I would have joined the drop myself but as it is, it ends up in the region of 1200-1300 CAD, even at 850USD... *le sigh*
