I really appreciate the good price I paid for this monitor, but it's the first time I buy from Massdrop and I'm really not impressed with customer service, follow up and delays. Have I known before maybe I would have bought elsewhere. The way things are going, if I'm in the second batch there is no way I'm getting my monitor "early September"
