View Full Discussion Just got off the phone with LG. They said that they have "no official documentation" of the 3 year warranty, but offered me their spec sheet which clearly states that the monitor has a 3 year warranty. The spec sheet they e-mailed me is the same as what is found at http://www.lg.com/us/commercial/documents/lg-commercial-34UM64-P-spec.pdf. So my understanding is if you just have that spec sheet and keep it with documentation of the display purchase date, serial number, etc, LG will honor that warranty. I still would love to have official documentation of the 3 year warranty, so I hope that MassDrop can work that out with LG. Would make all of us breathe easier.
Also, confirming that all of the documentation I received is very general, except for the Display Quality Assurance Report (color calibration report) that clearly states the model number.
