Finally got mine yesterday! I had to chase the UPS guy down the neighborhood as he never knocked and just left a notice but I caught him sneaking down the road and so I had to chase him and walk all the way back with the monitor! Haha. It was worth it.
Guys, this thing is huge. It's amazing. The colors are fantastic. I don't have a single problem with mine, no bleed, no dead pixels, no broken glass, etc. I just can't believe how freaking massive this screen is. Blows my mind, it feels so real.
I use it on a hackintosh so I haven't gotten any of the screen splitters that it advertises for windows, but it looks great over displayport. I switched over to windows to play Elite Dangerous, and sitting in the cockpit of this spaceship and seeing such a massive FOV was a game-changer for me... it looks beyond fantastic. Using the Nvidia 780ti works great with it too.
Only complaint I have is that when the computer shuts off the displays (no screensaver) to save energy, the UM94 will go through a cycle where it says "no input detected, auto shutoff soon" (or something to that effect) and then shut itself off, only to turn back on a few seconds later saying "no input detected, auto shutoff soon" again. It will sit there and power itself on and off. Not sure if this is an issue with the monitor or the displayport, but my old 30" apple cinema display didn't have this problem, when the computer shut off the screens it would actually power off.
Anyway, this is a fantastic monitor and worth the money. Even though I had to wait a ridiculous two months since I ordered it, I'm glad I did. 4k monitor will be next for me in a year or so, but for now, this thing rocks my world.
Good luck with everyone else who ordered!

callmejaceAbout that screen not shutting itself off. You using the OS drivers that it automatically assigned, or did you load the drivers off the disk?
I don't have this problem with mine, but that's probably because of my OCD'ness of manually turning off the monitor when I'm shutting off the machine.

SupermoistI didn't use the disk, I don't actually have a disk drive, haha! I'll check LG's website for drivers, didn't know I'd need some. I'll let you know what I find, thanks for the hint!

SupermoistI saw some stuff about a screen splitting software and a calibrator tool, but nothing about display drivers--even the Windows version didn't have a display driver. Do you know what was on the CD that you installed, and was it Mac?
