For the rest of us, it's impossible to tell from this photograph. I'm guessing you had a long exposure because the white text is so blown out. Thus the light bleed would be exaggerated too.

Actionable_Mangoits not a long exposure, its just a crappy phone camera. As a hobby photographer I can tell you, it is not that exaggerated. I can see it when the lights are on as well.

DecoyDroneIf it's not that exaggerated, then there's no question; I'd return it. It's among the worst examples I've seen. Especially as you are a photographer, you will be scrutinizing pictures more often than the average person will.
