Update: I just spoke to LG Commercial, they set up a return but they said that they will send me a return label and do a swap. They said they will replace this with a refurbished unit. I said this is less than 2 weeks old I should be getting a new unit. LG said they cannot promise but will try to send a new unit. Keeping fingers crossed.
