I purchased the 65" OLED TV. Purchase & Delivery: The TV came about a week sooner than Massdrop indicated, which I am not complaining about. I got the notification it was going to be delivered in two days. Then the next day I got a notification it was going to be delivered that day, and 10 minutes later a missed delivery. If I had received more than 10 minutes notice, I could have been there. So the next day I was a prisoner at my house until 5:30 PM because I didn't know when it would come. The box was a little scuffed up, but nothing beyond the ordinary. The TV was in pristine condition. Picture: Wonderful. Perfect. Almost too good as it shows all the imperfections in poor quality media. Power Saving: This can really affect your picture in strange ways. I thought my contrast was messed up, but the Auto power saving just made the picture look too dark. Turn this off, and many things will be fixed. Motion Smoothing: You have to disable this for EVERY SINGLE PICTURE MODE best as I can tell. I haven't figured out how to turn it off globally. Overall: Awesome TV. You won't be disappointed.

finally made the jump from plasma. this tv is incredible. Picture has the warmth of plasma with the definition of a 4K set. LG interface superior to samsung’s. Highly recommend. First TV to come along in over 10 years that can compare to my Pioneer plasma. Amazing picture, amazing remote, great user interface, great sound. I was planning on buying a sound bar for this, but don’t need it - this is the first TV I’ve owned that came with great sound built in.

We will see if this review changes from one star. After five months I have a stuck pixel that cannot be resolved with a refresh or other tricks. Unfortunately this manifests as a bright blue flashlight at night in my bedroom. I have contacted Massdrop and LG for warranty support.

sue.butlerWelp...LG says Massdrop not authorized seller so no warranty. Let's hope the vendor for the drop is... and Massdrop fixes this. Drop detail clearly states 1 year warranty.

Best TV I’ve ever owned. Upgraded from a mid tier Sony 4K and its a world of difference. TV arrived early which was nice. Does require a signature so we had to go pick it up at FedEx but obviously it’s for good reason.

I received the TV with a hole in the box and was a bit worried. The packaging is done extremely well, and the TV is/ and was perfectly fine. I would recommend checking, and ensuring the TV is fine nevertheless just to make sure.

Make sure you ask for a receipt from the Massdrop seller. I am a month in from requesting and have still not received from drop. LG has refused my warranty claim on dead pixels on a 4 month old unit.

I just contacted LG about a warranty issue on a 65B8PUA. They said Massdrop not authorized. Maybe the drop vendor is? I contacted Massdrop and hope they fix this. The unit is 4 months old. I have stuck pixels that shine like a bright blue flashlight at night. Tried a refresh and no go.
