Is there a way to disable Google on these things? I don’t think there’s an office in Google HQ where people spend all day watching cameras in TVs to catch you with your pants down, but google essentially is a company like Facebook that collects and sells usage data, and I just want to play my content with great image quality and without all those extra do-dads.

weird, the page says: 65" LG OLED65C8PUA (+$600) I click to buy, though, and it wants +$700 for the 65"... is this a mistake that can/will be fixed?

Newegg has the C8 65" right now for $2199 with free shipping...I just bought the 65" E8 for $2295. Figured it was worth the extra $100 for the design.

I’m REALLY interested in getting in on this drop but I have a question: how will Massdrop handle the situation if I’ve got minor but noticeable banding on my unit? Or a single dead pixel? Just want to make sure I can rely on getting a good unit without QC defects. Thanks!

Why is this $150 more expensive than last month’s drop? At this price, one might as well buy it from Costco.
