I've been waiting for the price of OLEDs to come down to a more consumer-friendly level and I'm super happy I finally pulled the trigger the last time this drop became active. I went for the 65 to upgrade over my old 55 Samsung LED. So far, so good. OLED 4K HDR is just incredible but I did have to upgrade my internet plan in order to fully utilize 4K content streaming. My only issue so far (and I'm not sure if it's the tv-most likely it's my fios box) is that the tv randomly turns off. I have an Xbox One S, LG atmos sound bar and Fios box hooked up so I've not yet been able to figure out just whats going on.

I have the 55". Great picture, and the pointer remote and voice search interfaces both work well. I didn't bother trying the sound on the TV. As others have mentioned, it is awkward to try to set it up by yourself because of the TV's area and thinness. I eventually got it up on my own but was worried I would break the screen the whole time.

Got the 65". The thinness of this screen is frankly mind-boggling -- it's thinner than my littlest finger (above the base/power stuff, which is still not as wide as my hand). Related protip: get someone to help you unpack this thing and set it up if you're not a large person. I am small, and trying to single-handedly get it up onto the stand without accidentally bending the screen was a nerve-wracking experience. It flexes a lot as you move it. Even pulling my tv stand out to sweep or mop behind it makes that happen.
The picture is gorgeous. The sound is adequate, but not especially impressive -- the minimal profile likely has a lot to do with the limits there. I'll probably be investing in additional sound equipment.
I know this probably sounds like a dumb thing to be excited about, but I actually LOVE the remote. Not just the cursor (bonus pic below of cat, who loves cursor), but the actual physical remote; it's smallish, straightforward, feels solid and is weighted well, and is a nice shape in your hand. Sometimes it's the little things.
Setting up my wireless connection for the smart features was easy. I haven't had any problems with it, and I use it probably more than any other feature of the tv, since I don't have a cable box hooked up -- I constantly stream through the spotify/netflix/amazon prime video/etc. apps.

Amazing picture, when working. Unfortunately power went out on it within the first month. Now awaiting parts and LG service to show up and fix. Pain in ass because it was already mounted, but now have to unmount it for the work and service man is not allowed to assist. Hope also that the discussions on here were wrong and LG honors the warranty. We shall see. Long wait for the tv, only to wait even longer. I would give LG customer service 5stars for their assistance and responsiveness, but just 1star for massdrop And the tv.

Excellent picture quality. Wealth of options to customize your viewing experience. Surprisingly lightweight, coming from owning a Plasma TV for 5+ years. Considering the price of most OLED TV's today, this was an absolute steal.
I give this 4 stars and not 5 only because getting the remote to work with my Sonos PLAYBAR requires extra configuration steps since it doesn't use IR (Infrared) light. Setting that up was surprisingly challenging but I eventually got it to work; Sonos has an article detailing the steps.

Excellent picture quality, already owned the 55” version for a bedroom and had to upgrade the living room set after seeing it, got the 65” version and its just as amazing, love that it has integrated Bluetooth for headphones. everything looks amazing, looks less like a tv and more like a window into whatever your watching.

Shipped broken and there was a big under the screen fracture that wasn't noticible until it was mounted a few days when I had time to mount it. No physical damage on the outside but massdrop won't take it back. 1 star.

My tv arrived broken, I got one response from support saying that specialized team was not available on the weekends, but no response on Monday.

It's hard to think of anything negative to say about this TV. The apps work without a hitch, the remote is great (a cursor! A CURSOR!), but mainly, the HDR video is everything I expected, and I expected a lot. This thing is several steps beyond LED.
