As someone just starting to get into home theater setups and jumped on the 55" drop, can anyone point to any guides or info regarding a decent audio setup that works well with this television? Thank you!

jamiltronThat entirely depends on budget. Home Theater can be a very deep rabbit hole. I assume that if you're already dropping into oled 4k hdr, then at least mid-range equipment. I would recommend a nice receiver like Marantz, Dennon, Yamaha, or Onkyo. I would encourage you to get one with at least full 5.1 pre-outs to allow for growth into better amps as needed. Speaker selection can be highly personal, and tend to be a longer term investment as they will not need to be repaired or upgraded as much as electronics. Avoid soundbars, wireless speakers, or gimmick technologies. Below is a link which should be a reasonable starter and benchmark for entry level to mid range equipment. Finally, don't forget to earmark for things like an equipment rack, a power conditioner, and decent cables - especially speaker cable and hdmi.
One last note: make sure to read up on how to properly configure and care for your equipment. Its very easy to get overwhelmed when you first start off, but there are a lot of great resources out there.

jamiltronTo start, you just need a decent amplifier and two good speakers. I've never had a 5.1 set up but unless you have a room to devote to a/v, including appropriately placed seating in the center, I think it's rather difficult to get a better result than well placed stereo.
