What can I say but that this TV generates the most stunning picture possible in a consumer display? Watch a Dolby Vision movie like Blade Runner 2049 or Pacific Rim and you'll be blown away. These movies are dark, but this television handles that with aplomb. Shadow detail is like nothing you've seen before and bright highlights jump out of the inky blackness. The color reproduction is incredible as well. It's worth every penny!

This TV is a massive step up from my old TV that was 5 years old. I got a PS4 Pro right before getting this TV so I started playing some games, including God of War, on my old TV. I thought they looked pretty good on the old TV but then I got this OLED and I was blown away by how amazing the games looked. The picture is extremely crisp and smooth and colors are stunning. It was like playing a new game.

I bought this and have been using it constantly for over a year now. For me, this TV is great for everything, including gaming. I never once notice image retention that some people seems to fear. I will take LG OLED over any Samsung Q8FN or Q9FN series any day. Unfortunately, due to the design of this model, it's very delicate. You cannot move the TV holding on the sides, as it is all glass. Moving this TV anywhere is going to be a nightmare. You also pay hundreds more for this design. I regret not getting a lower model with the same screen for lower price. Also keep in mind, buying TV online is always a risk, so YMMV.

First day with it and also with it installed on my wall. The LG mount (OTW420B) is very easy to setup. TV is my first 4K and OLED so I'm already blown away by the quality. Audio is amazing as well. Hope nothing goes bad as I just saw another reviewer saying that massdrop isn't an authorized retailer, might opt to buy the LG 1 or 2 year warranty plan.

I received the TV and it’s amazing but after a week a thin line formed in the center of the screen. LG started the process of repairing the TV and then informed me that Massdrop is not an authorized LG dealer so they would repair the TV but not replace it. This is extremely disappointing and was not at all made clear during the drop. I’m now waiting for parts on backorder from LG for it to be repaired.

Just for closure on this debacle. LG finally repaired the TV today and it looks great so far. I hope that I never again need to have an interaction with LG support.

We loved them until burn in ruined the picture .... about 2 1/2 years and they are bad

The picture quality was great but they both only lasted about 2 1/2 years before they are bad. Burn in is a real issue with this tv. Easy install .... but we need new ones. The recyle fix only made the burn in worse! Expensive for a tv that only lasts a couple of years.
