Reposting my comment from when I bought the LGD323 on here last year. The LGD323 does not have an Android app; it does not have WiFi/Bluetooth/USB so it can't communicate with your phone. You'll have to move your videos by removing & replacing the microSD card. Settings wise: if you have the microSD card mounted on a Windows/Mac computer & are running the PC Viewer, settings edited in there will be saved to the microSD card. If the dashcam is booted with that same card again, it will automatically take up the new settings (seems like when it does this, it just says "Starting normal recording" twice). This is a problem if you have multiple microSD cards so be sure to format them all if you change settings. Lastly, the PC viewer only works on Windows/Mac. If you primarily run Linux, like me, you can use ffmpeg to split the two video streams into multiple files. ffmpeg does not know how to parse the two subtitle tracks (which presumably contain GPS coordinates and other metadata), even if it is told just to copy them over - it will produce broken AVI files. I haven't solved that problem yet. I'd like to have coordinates burned into the video & not just speed. Looks all good until I see 720@30FPS. I have a 1080@60 on one of my cars and that I think is the bare minimum. They make a model called LGD521 that does 1080p. Let's get that on massdrop.

This says there's an "optional hardwire hit". But the hardwire kit doesn't show up as an option to ad when you join the drop.
Is the hardwire kit included or not?

Stupid camera wont connect to my phone so i cant change the settings i am very upset. But i am keeping the camera because i atleast it records cideo while driving. Such a disapointment though

I'm kinda new to dash cams, so correct me if I'm wrong, but the specs seem kinda low for this price range -- Only a 249-degree total view and only 720p @ 30fps?

That's too bad. I have a friend who has the one in this drop and he had positive things to say about it. Mind you, I didn't look at any footage to compare to my previous dashcams, which I probably should at some point. You'd just hope at this price everything would work as intended to some degree.
Regarding your viewing of live stream, have you tried turning the phone to Airplane mode and then ONLY enabling WiFi? I know there is a problem with some users in the BlackVue community having their (mainly Android) phones route some traffic through data and some through WiFi, rendering it unusable since not all data is being sent to the camera and vice versa.

LiveTrashI couldn't agree more on your statement about the price point of some of these systems. I probably made it sound like I hate the LGD521 system I have in the last post I made hahaha; which I don't as it gives me peace of mind just having it running while I drive around.
On your mention of trying airplane mode -- no I have not tried that but I definitely will. Apreesh the suggestion, I do have an older Galaxy S5 as a backup phone for live viewing if my S8 won't work. It's no doubt an issue with Oreo and the outdated LG app.
