Wouldn't buy again
What it does it does well, and at a good price too. I see this as an introduction to fitness trackers if you've never had one before (like me). If you're in the market for a fitness tracker...don't buy this one. There's better stuff out now for just a bit more. The biggest gripe I have with this thing is the app. You need the app to use the watch and it'll need internet at some point to fully sync the device, and if the app crashes and you can't get it online the watch loses half of what it's capable of (if not all). Overall, it's not bad but I've had this for about a year now and its practically fallen apart. It still works, but I know I have to replace it.

I wore the Lifesense Band 2 for 3-4 months before it finally broke. For a month the screen wasn't even reacting to my touch anymore, then after that it just completely stopped logging data and working.

I owned this and wore it daily on top of my wrist for about a month before the charging port broke off inside the clasp which means no more charging for me! (Working with customer support to see if it can be replaced or repaired, brushed the watch against the side of my pocket and fell off my wrist breaking off before impact.) The look is great, slightly hard to see the watch face with polarized or prescription Transitional lenses which I wear on the go. I get nearly exactly 5 days battery life with the HR sensor (charges pretty fast as well) in active use which if I had another one to test with could prove how accurate it is. It automatically picks up when you have a high heart rate in the app. This version also reminds you to stand after a certain period of inactivity but goes away after just standing up. Pairs with your phone but has worked on and off with messages and reads them immediately when receiving. Pairing it was a bit of a pain with my phone, had to download the app, update the firmware, restart my device multiple times when it lost pairing to actually sync. You can customize your profile to fit yourself but oddly has not noticed I am losing weight at all but tracks my sleep just fine and close to what Sleep as Android reports. Speaking of which, it doesn't integrate with it disappointingly. It may be more worthwhile to consider the Xiaomi Mii Band 2 instead of this but give these lovely people your business. This has been my honest review. :)

About a month later and the screen has some scratches but nothing that affects it function. I wear mine on the inside of my wrist. No real problems with it other than cosmetic ones. Love it so far. It's fairly accurate, with my heart rate, and when recording my sleeping patterns (which is more helpful than it sounds). I have very small wrists an the band fist perfectly on the second to smallest setting. I can see this fitting most people but looking more proportional on smaller arms like mine.
Update: Some type of layer on the screen seems to be chipping and peeling off. So far this has not impacted the overall function of the device nor the waterproofing. If this changes I will edit my review and rating.

No need to charge them up? They must come with a battery already in them? Thank you.

brenda52411It charges over USB. Using the clips under the wrist band to take the band off you will find the charge connector. Simply plug the in to any USB port and it should start charging. It will take an hour to fully charge. It will then last about an week.
