Product Description
An inexpensive earbud meant to be paired with high-end mobile audiophile devices, the Linsoul BLD is available here with a 2.5-millimeter or 4.4-millimeter balanced output. It has an impedance of 150 ohms and benefits a great deal from being driven by balanced devices Read More

I have already ordered one from aliexpress at approximate usd 39. Once arrived I will run it together with my VE Runabout 2 balance lite using the 2.5 balanced output.

Certainly a very limited market for the balanced connector. I would've tried one if it had 3.5mm connector.

I don't understand these. 150 ohm and either 4.4mm or 2.5mm earbuds for ~$30. What's the target audience here?

777SirAsian audiophiles. Or at least that's what Ive heard , "the earbud format is still popular among Asian populations". ( as well as stand alone music player) I don't know how accurate that statement is.

Thank you, crazy Chinese engineers, that at least you didn't make it with an XLR plug

Venture Electronics Zen 2.0 is a 320 ohms power hungry beast with an option of a XLR connector.

I'm clearly not an expert on audio equipment but I utterly fail to understand why wasn't this made with a 3.5mm connector. If it were (or this drop included an adapter), I would've easily ordered one but as it stands, no thanks.
RedingtonIt's intended to be used with balanced sources.

RedingtonI guess this earphone is mainly made for audio player with XLR output. If you use it for 3.5mm connector, you can buy an adapter, about 20USD. Not a big problem

Here is a bonus photo I took of the Linsoul BLD paired with the EarStudio ES100.

StumpyI love earbuds, and I love the Radsone Earstudio ES100. Since the ES100 has a balanced output, I am always on the lookout for earbuds that sound good and that are balanced - not many of them (without replaceable cable) are. The fact that you really like this pairing makes them tempting to me :-)

StumpyThanks for the review, and would you please answer a couple questions? First, what are your impressions regarding sound stage? Second, as I am also interested in getting the ES100 , how does this balanced earbud compare to a single-ended Yaqin? TIA
