Very nice knife, especially for the price
Lion Steel does a great job with the knives it makes. Very sharp, great action, centered, chamfered everywhere (no sharp or rough edges anywhere). It didn’t come with a pocket clip but I emailed Lion Steel and they sent me one for free.

Great knife
This has a great blade with beautiful elm wood handle. The blade steel is very similar to D2 but a little better. The only thing I didn't like was no pocket clip. I emailed the manufacturer about that and they sent me a pocket clip for free.

I've had this a few weeks and carried it around in my pocket a number of times. I like the look and design of this knife. The mechanism is smooth and seems reliable. Also it comes with a tool for tightening the hex screws. When extended the blade is extremely rigid and when you fold it in the last 5% of the movement it snaps closed with a satisfying click. It is not small so if your hands or pockets are it might be an issue but for me is great. Edit - After reading the other reviews I decided I should note that I am right-handed and it fits my hand well.

Excellent knife
I'm impressed by an attention to small details by Lion Steel. For me (right-handed, big hands) it has good ergonomic and I like the blade geometry very much. No minuses so far. The knife came sharp enough to cut paper and shave, but wasn't tighten enough, so the blade had a little bit of play (easily fixable).

Not a bad knife, but definitely not for the left-handed.
It's an OK knife, and if I were right-handed I suspect I should like it quite a bit better. When you hold it in your right hand, it just feels, well, right. In your left, the handle is cut to be uncomfortable for me. Not too uncomfortable to use (although I expect that there'd be a hot spot after a while), but just a little, well, wrong. The handle is designed to be ergonomic for a right-handed person (and works really well!), but, although a left-handed person can hold it and use it, he (or she) will be continually reminded that they are NOT right handed, and that they're using the wrong knife. (Much, in fact, like wearing the wrong shoe, although not to as great an extent). Other than that, it arrived pretty dull (not that I can't sharpen it, but, really? - it wouldn't cut paper out of the box). I like the blade finish, and the handle texture. I think it's heavier than it needs to be. (I should read the specs better). The real killer is the handle. I'll never carry it. OTOH (see how I worked that in?), I have a right-handed brother. Maybe he'll get a early Christmas present this year...
