Upgraded Tube Amp
A special edition of Little Dot’s flagship single-ended headphone amp/preamp, the MK IV SE features the original MK IV’s solidly built aluminum chassis, internal jumper, and double gain switches—plus a few striking improvements. This version boasts a Neutrik headphone jack upgrade, premium RCA connectors, and premium circuit component upgrades in key signal path locations. The SE also replaces its predecessor’s vacuum tubes with M8100/CV4010 driver tubes and 6H30PI gold-pin power tubes.

Built for Rolling
The MK IV SE is equipped with a SEPP OTL in class-A circuit design, gold damping rings around all four tubes, and an ALPS-27 potentiometer on the thick front panel. The internal jumper allows for a wider range of tube-rolling fun with equivalents, derivatives, and direct replacements to the existing tubes. As for the sound, this amp/preamp delivers a wide soundstage with extended bass and precise 3D imaging, performing effortlessly with any headphone impedance. After a few hundred hours of burn-in, you’ll experience a markedly smoother sound.
