Just so everyone knows, if you have any issues or need technical support with your Little Dot amp you are going to be shit out of luck. Little Dot won't provide help because you bought it from Massdrop, an "unauthorized reseller", and Massdrop won't help you because they don't have the technical knowledge.

PaulngYep. I'm having an issue with the right channel cutting out and both Little Dot and Massdrop have been utterly useless in providing any sort of support or advice.

CakeODThat sounds like either corporate or government policy, not having anything to do with customer support.
And seeing as you bought from MD, it's probably MD's fault in this instance, knowing their policy.
