Little Dot MKIII & MKIII SE Tube Headphone Amps

Like the first poster said, Little dot sells the MKIII for 199 USD + $45 shipping to North America. So if this groupbuy reaches its lowest price point, it will be $225 after shipping compared to $245 direct from Little Dot. Not sure if that $20 is worth saving since you have to wait for such a long time for the groupbuy process.
Anyways, I used to own the MK III and now I own the MK IV SE. The MK III is a great "budget" tube amp with lots of tube rolling capabilities. Personally I prefer the m8161 driver tubes but there is a little dot tube rolling guide on Head-fi if you wish to pursue tube rolling. The amp excels at driving high impedance headphones such as Beyers and the hd600/650 but will do a fine job at driving lower impedance headphones as well.

"Both domestic and international orders will be shipped by LittleDot. Estimated time until orders are shipped: 5 business days after the drop ends."
Seems like shipping won't be that long

jonahWell you'll have to wait 5 days after the groupbuy ends for Little Dot to ship them out to the massdrop center. It'll take probably a week for the amps to reach the massdrop center. Then add another 3-5 days from massdrop to your house.

For this group buy, because of the sheer weight of the amp, it actually works out cheaper for everyone to have Little Dot ship the amp directly to the members participating in the group buy. As a result, we won't be using our fulfillment center for this one.
It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the amp to be delivered to addresses within North America.

Sennheiser PC37X randomly goes bad after disconnecting the cable ?
Greetings, Yesterday I was using my headset like normal with my macbook, just listening to music and on a call with people like usual, and the headset was perfectly fine. The stock wire that came with the headset is extremely long and yesterday it annoyed me very much that it kept getting tangled with itself, so I decided to see if the cable is replaceable. I pulled out the cable from the headset and saw the adapter, and looked online for a replacement. Upon plugging it back in, the audio sounded extremely muffled and washed out. Recommendation for my next headphone set? I have Koss 95x
Hey all, What would you recommend I get next and why? I have Koss ESP-95x electrostatic massdrop headphones. These are my first and only audiophile set. I love them. I think my only real requirements is $500 or less for the headphones and that they have a little more low end. I don’t need thump but these are really light on lows…but the experience is still awesome. Also any recommendations on an amp? I only have my electrostatic thingy. I am using the Topping D50 DAC. thx!!

Should I exchange the PC38X for better headphones?
I bought the PC38X headphones FOR GAMING and they are great, but I have NO use for a Microphone since I don't do competitive gaming and I was wondering if there were better headphone options at a similar price without a headphone, where (presumably) more of the cost was put into making it sound better.
