What's the return policy? Sizing from UK sizes, possibly unfamiliar last, and width question make it difficult to ensure the shoe will fit well. If the shoe doesn't work out due to size and lack of comfort, can we return them for refund?

J99DAs mentioned at the bottom of the description page, all sales are final. This is because we're only ordering exactly as many as we need (not holding inventory allows us to offer these at a better price than other US stores). Since we only have one pair for each order, there's no other pairs we can exchange them with. Of course, if anything is wrong with your order (like a defect or damage, which is uncommon) we'll certainly take care of you.

IanAndersonOk thanks for the prompt reply :( was looking forward to these but can't order if I can't return. Can't be stuck with a pair of shoes that doesn't fit me. Size will be tricky to get right. Good deal though.
