I really love this pens modern look, I was wondering if anybody knew of any simular thin streamline looking pens on the market.

A.G. Spaulding has a small, thin aluminum pen that takes international cartridges and mini converters:

The Ohto Poche fountain pen is also quite nice:

although, because of the way it's built, it can *only* take short cartridges and not any kind of converter, unfortunately.
Those are "tiny" pens. For more "streamlined", try the Lamy Dialog 3:

The kaweco liliput is another lovely mini fountain pen!
If you are also after slim pens (but standard length), the shaeffer targa slim and sailor chalana are awesome options :D Here is a picture of the targa, 2 chalanas and the liliput.

I am partial to both the Waterman Hemisphere and the Diplomat Traveller for slim pens. Also, the Parafernalia Divina is also quite nice.
