I know this is a little old so you probably found it already but dropping this here in case someone else is curious also. According to the manufacturer's website switches are indeed hot swappable.

what it is the switch name/type - bluish/tactile? In the photo the color looks "beige".

Know this has been up a while but was curious also so posting in case anyone else has the same question. Looks like a custom switch - from the manufacturer's website:
"About the switches, Lofree Block uses a Full-POM switch customized by TTC. POM material is able to be self-lubricating. It can be mentioned that we have also electroplated the shrapnel, terminal and made the 22mm spring silver-plated. In terms of smoothness and durability, we have made long-term considerations."
