I got a pair of these a while ago. There are a few issues with these that I've experienced that you should take into consideration when buying. Note that these aren't problems that Massdrop can fix. The foam ear cups like to soak up oil on the side of your face and deposit it on any surface you place them on. This issue will not be solved by any amount of washing of faces or foam comfort cups. The headset is topheavy, fatiguing your head after a while. After a certain amount of time (just after the warranty goes up) the headset likes to scream in your ears. Loud. Unfiltered. Ear rape. My best guess is that the micro usb connection on the headset gets damaged and doesn't become secure after a while. Any micromovements that you make will trigger this less than pleasant surprise. These issues were something that happened with both mine and my GF's headset, both bought at the same time, and had similar amount of use.
