For everyone else who was not satisfied about this product (which I think is just about everyone who got it), I managed to get a successful return. I submitted a ticket using the criteria 'Product Arrived was not as Expected', and complained about the lack of rares (I only got 3), the fact that the cards were 'Ranging from revised/3rd edition to current cards' (Over 75% of the cards were probably from the last 3 blocks), and the fact that the collection was 'painstakingly assembled to reduce basic lands, tokens, damaged cards, and especially duplicates'. Only the last complaint stuck, and they e-mailed me a return if I proved that I received more than 20 of any one card. When I did, they sent me a packing label and I sent it back to them. Just confirmed that the money is back in my account. In case anyone else wants to try it, the ticket number I received was MD-19334-1097337, feel free to reference it.
TL;DR - If you have 20 or more of any one card in your set, complain about it with 'Product Arrived was not as Expected', try to reference ticket MD-19334-1097337.
