My PAW5000's front plate is separating from the body.. I've babied this player and never dropped it or knock it into anything. - Sucks because it's one of my favorite players. Still works well, just poor build quality and the buttons constantly sink into the body because the plate rises. We need another drop or for Lotoo to answer their emails. :[

Looking on Lotoo's web site, there's no reference to the PAW 5K anywhere in the product section. That seems odd for a player that has been out on the market for several months. Also, can anyone from Massdrop comment on availability of the next English firmware update? The FW numbering scheme appears to be different across the various languages, with new Korean and Japanese versions being available as of 2/3, but no corresponding English version.
