Does this mean the flashlight body is always pulsing faint light?

thechiliedoneYes, but you can turn the feature on or off. The drain is pretty minimal but I would turn it off and/or break the tail cap connection if I were storing it for awhile unused. It's the bi-color LEDs under the rubber switch cover, not the body.
