I really have to respect Massdrop. Their customer service is atrocious and they make NO attempt to conceal it. Just the evidence in this drop alone would suggest the company folded years ago.
No shame in their game!
They refuse to disclose Country of Origin. Never mention warranty. Frequently offer higher prices. Rarely offer cheaper or faster shipping.
It's like we're all in an abusive relationship, and just can't leave.
Like Charlie Brown and that freakin' football.
