I'm a delivery driver, would this be suitable for trying to find a house number from my car?

bob115No, don't think so, IMO, but, of course, "it depends." 110 lumens is probably not enough to illuminate a darkened house number next to a front door from a street, but may be enough to show a number on a mail box on the other side of a street.
IMO, the flashlight for your vehicle ought to push hundreds of lumens because of the range of circumstances you might encounter while out on the road, including the immediate environment such as urban, suburban, rural, etc.
In general, more lumens is better when outdoors.
These lights are pocket lights to help you light up your personal space.
Hope that helps.
bob115No way any single aaa will throw that far (street to home). A big part of this is the diameter of the head. Look at the Nitecore MH20 a single 18650 battery light though. Mine is a mega thrower modded by Vinh on CPF forums. It would drench the home in light with a super bright hot spot. There are other aa lights that might work. The Olight S Mini is a single cr123 keychain light that could pull it off I bet. I will confirm tonight.
