A quick update for you all! The group's order arrived to our warehouse late this afternoon and our team is now hard at work breaking down the shipment into the individual orders. You made it happen! We’re excited to let you all know that the drop was successful and the order has now been placed with the vendor for the UCO Lumora LED Lantern. As soon as they are done preparing the shipment and once we receive it at our warehouse in New Jersey we will break it down into individual orders and have them on their way to each of you! We currently expect your orders to leave our warehouse by 6/29.
Rest assured, throughout the process we’ll do our best to update you all regarding the status of your order and where it’s at along the way. Check back for an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 6/23 .

I purchased this on the last drop and took it on a camping trip. Total fail! The batteries would not stay in their brackets, the slightest movement had them shaking around the compartment and no light. I tried elongating the bottom spring, made it worse. I tried taping them in place, they still fell out. Anybody else with this issue? Thinking of returning it, but have no time for that hassle. Caveat emptor.

MishaX@MishaX Sorry to hear about your issue with the lanterns. This is the first instance of any issue with the UCOs. Please scroll to the very top of this page and click on your photo on the right corner. Select the Transactions option from the pull down menu, and this will show you all the drops in which you've participated. Find the transaction for the UCO Lumora Lantern and click the Customer Support button. They will be able to help you.

Another brief update for you all. The shipment of blue lanterns has all been received at our warehouse and many of the individual orders have been repackaged and sent out now. We are still coordinating with the vendor regarding the fulfillment of the green lanterns and will monitor the situation closely to provide you all status updates on the expected arrival to our warehouse.

Quick update for the group. The vendor has let us know that the first batch of the blue lanterns is currently en route to our warehouse with the rest shipping very soon as well. We are still awaiting updated shipment estimates regarding the backordered green lanterns but will continue to monitor the situation closely and relay important information as it becomes available.
We are thankful for your continued patience and you can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 4/27 or earlier if anything comes up.

Quick follow-up for you all. Unfortunately, after placing the order, the vendor let us know that their inventory of green lanterns was backordered and that it will be 2-4 weeks of production time before a new shipment reaches their facility. We know that this is pretty undesirable and would like to offer everyone who ordered green the opportunity to switch to blue or provide a full refund if you'd prefer. To pursue either option, please reach out to us at https://www.massdrop.com/support before Thursday (4/16) at 3 PM Pacific Time. The default, if you do not want to request a color change or refund, will be to remain with green and wait for the new shipment to arrive with the vendor.
