Hey everyone! I hear your concerns and I am actively paying attention to the thread! The last time we ran this drop, V-Creations was incredibly prompt with their delivery, so we didn't think that we would have difficulties this time around. I'm going to follow up with the maker of this drop to find out what's been going on tomorrow, and I'll post what he says here.

AndrewLekashmanSo it takes you 9 days to respond to questions, unless you want to contact customer service through email (not that they care anyway), and just because V-Creations was fast last time you ignored the very obvious problem? If you were actively monitoring the thread, why did it take you 9 days to tell us that you STILL have no information, and in fact haven't even TALKED to V-Creations? If you hear our concerns, I assume you have read how unhappy people are, many going as far as swearing off Massdrop, demanding compensation or even just asking you to respond to us. Yet you don't respond to any of our requests, inquiries, or concerns, instead you spoon feed us the same crap Massdrop has been spewing this entire drop. After this experience, I as well will doubtfully use Massdrop again, as it has been a mass-headache. It completely blows me away how little concern this company shows for its customers, and how little gratitude you appear to show despite our patience with YOUR mistake. You can bet I will spread my experience around as much as possible, perhaps that will entice you to take a more serious approach to running this business. Not that you directly reply to anyone's concerns in this thread anyway...

I did some defending early on, as I get that you don't want to burn any bridges with manufacturers.
It's frustrating, though, that an update was posted about 2 weeks ago saying that things would ship from the manufacturer by the end of the week. Did it not occur to you at some point in the following days that not receiving a notification of shipment by the end of that week that maybe you should check in? What about the following week when you didn't get the shipment or any notification of one being sent? You didn't check then, either?
In fact, almost 2 weeks later, you claim that you actively monitor the thread, but if you did that you probably would have know at least a week ago that we wanted a real update. Instead, you seem to admit that you haven't even checked.
C'mon, guys. You gotta be more on top of things these days.
I likely won't be doing any drops for a while.
TheZlogI totally understand your irritation, I also get a bit irked when the products that I'm trying to get up on the site are delayed. 10 days ago when we posted an update, we both looked into the status, and everything seemed like it was under control.
The date we promised we would ship this by was April 30th - which is 15 business days after the end of the drop, which was April 9th.
TheZlog, I've definitely noticed you posting on many of my threads, and I do want to thank you for being a very active member of the community and a big supporter of Massdrop. I genuinely want to say that I am very sorry and personally upset that we disappointed you so deeply.
andrewbzucchinoandrewbzucchino - I posted above in response to TheZlog, but my words definitely go out to you as well. We promised we would get this shipped to you by the 30th of April, and I didn't find out anything was wrong with our order until the 3rd of May.
I understand that you've had a bad experience with this drop, please do email support and let them know to cancel your order. If you'd be willing to be just a bit more patient with us, we also are sending you and everyone else in the thread a $30 dollar credit for waiting so long.

AndrewLekashmanI appreciate the acknowledgement. I do appreciate the $30 credit, I wasn't looking for any handouts or hoping for any so it is a nice gesture. Hopefully everyone in this drop realizes that it is no small thing. $30 to 47 people is a very nice gesture - hopefully people see that.
I also appreciate you actively trying to communicate with us now. That's all we were looking for! :)
I understand that an automated status system isn't ideal since the manufacturers you work with are the primary cause for wait and delays, but a lot of us were popping in here every day to look for a post - even if it was just a simple "Sorry guys, the manufacturer has gotten delayed a bit and wasn't able to make their original estimated shipment window." That's all. Some contact is better than no contact :)
AndrewLekashmanI appreciate finally receiving a legitimate response from somebody! Nowhere did it say that I wanted to cancel my order, I've waited all this time, there's no way I'm going to just let it go for nothing. Absolutely no chance we can't exchange the 30 dollar credit for one day shipping? I'm on the other side of the country from massdrop HQ and am not looking forward to waiting for international shipping and then intercontinental shipping as well. As other people have been saying this is all we have been looking for, direct communication with someone who know's more than what's on the transaction page. It's extremely frustrated to be left with such a lack of information, and it eases the anxiety of not knowing what the situation with your order is.
