ToxicAlthough the initial mold is more or less the same, the titaner does not offer the ability to change the inner barrel height and so accept different refill sizes. Also the titaner doesn't have the front end reducer insert to reduce the pen tip play. Whether or not these are major or minor differences is up to personal opinion, but saying the lypen and titaner are identical is just untrue.

jag213Not identical, true. But the whole outer design was "borrowed" or "inspired" (you know what I mean). As for insert, a small piece of plastic is what we usually use to adjust *any* pen for a smaller refill :) So, let's buy titaners at $40 in a bulk, make an additional thread inside for an insert and slap $200 retail price tag. Then we can make a really generous discount down to $99 to make people run for it. Not to say that many US hand-made titanium pens cost less.
