Thing is, it doesn't look like thirteen-hundred bucks.
If one is going to spend that much, the least the watch can do, is reciprocate in the looks department. I don't care what it's got under the hood (and in this example, nuth'n special); take the name off the dial, and this could be any of a thousand generic looking watches you might find on Amazon for a tenth the price. Where's the "wow" factor?
I'm not against $1,299 watches, but I'm less than lukewarm on this snoozer.
