shubh_metalheadI have done that, and I have submitted a request for help through the web form on mass drop, which in turn suggested I also mention it here. I am not sure if you have visited the Macaw website, www.macaw.cn - it is not setup to address repairs or returns.
crphilippYa I've visited, that's one ugly looking website! No option to change language. Anyway try this and see if it works support@macaw.cn. If not then probably you should contact massdrop.

User quality problems arise in the normal use condition, in the warranty period please contact with Massdrop, You buy the platform will provide after-sales service for you,maintenance and replacement.^_^
Hopefully massdrop will take care of the DOA as it seems macaw doesnt want to.
