The vendor has informed us that a few units have been picked up by UPS. These group members should have already received an email with tracking. The rest of the order will be going out on Monday. We will make sure to update the group with tracking as soon as this happens.
Apologies for the late shipment, the vendor didn't receive their allocation of units until late yesterday. However they have assured us that it is their top priority to get the orders out as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 9/15 or sooner if something comes up.

elimelendezCan you guarantee that they will be shipped by Monday and if they aren't will we be getting our money back (for those who want a refund like myself)? If I don't get a UPS tracking number by Monday, I will raise hell until I get a refund.

ramenloverI'd also be interested in a refund (full refund including shipping)! That possibility will certainly be considered in my decision as to whether to buy from Massdrop in the future.
