I suggest everyone contacting support and inquiry about order status and complain. I just said the representative here is not very helpful as she's been giving us the runaround and pushing the date back and back. This game was released on 9/1 and local game shops and online retailers had it in stock on 9/2 for just a few bucks more than this place. I asked for a refund and if I do not get a refund, I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges since goods HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel like our comments are going into a black hole. First time ordering with massdrop and last time ordering.
