Like someone mentioned above, I submitted a request for a refund.. then my email was blatantly ignored. but then a day or so later I received a shipping update and tracking number? And apparently it is in my mailbox now at home already with 1 day shipping? I wonder if it is because of my email/posts on here complaining about the customer service (or lack thereof) that they decided to expedite my shipping?
