Board just arrived. Really nice, except that it's split (unglued) from the edge, in about 4-5" between a pair of the planks, and one of the planks along that edge is cracked partway through. Real bummer.
Contacted support; hopefully I can get a replacement. Real shame, if not.

DermottHow was the finish? Mine came all rough with hundreds of tiny splinters rubbing off on paper towels.

MadDadNot glassy-smooth, but I have no complaints about the finish. Splinters like "stab you in the fingers" splinters, or like wood-hairs after a coarse sanding?
