Based on current low tcgplayer.com card prices and using a mythic drop rate of 1 in 8 boosters (and not counting tokens), I calculate the expected value of each booster pack to be $1.96. That's a total EV of $47.05 for the 24 boosters in the display. With a Massdrop price plus shipping of $46.31, I'd say you should expect to get your money's worth from this drop (assuming enough people sign up to get the lowest price).
Although the low card price might be more representative of ones that are not in near mint condition. So it may also be useful to consider the mid price from tcgplayer.com, because around this price you might expect to see more cards in near mint condition. At the mid price, the booster pack EV is $4.35 with a display EV of $104.49.
