At least they've been able to do something for shipping costs in the US to off-set a buy that's been pretty rocky. I'm up north of the border and still have my drop stuck on "arrived at fulfilment center." At this point I'd just have soon paid a slight premium on a preorder at my LGS over the uncertainty to whether something is even going to arrive. Definitely not a good first impression; I can't say I'll be doing another drop.
