Unless it's to expand you collection or risk on those 10 packs included, not worth it.
Even then with that (high) shipping cost plus applicable tax, it'd be cheaper to get a booster box when comparing the amount of packs you get, and at least that way you are guranteed to pull some mythics.
If it's for the purpose of introductory Magic, well, there are a lot of better options out there.

khyraiI'm basing it on my opinion but a comparison of value of the individual cards on the deck lists are for example around $5-6 for Death Reaper, as opposed to something a different intro deck like the Origins Hunting Pack. If you have the time to look around you can get that for around $10-15.
If you want to start even cheaper (and really beginner Magic) then Amazon at times has Booster Battle packs for around $7, though usually they are around $9, though its not the best value (it does come with 2 boosters though).
Even cheaper, buy some bulk cheap for beginner.
