Hi everyone,
I want to keep you updated on the progress that is being made on this drop.
We have pretty clear procedures that we follow with vendors to make sure that drops are shipped out as soon as possible following the end of a successful group buy. The vendor that we are working with to handle this drop is one that we have used successfully for a long time and we have never had problems like this with them before.
Unfortunately, it appears that our procedures were not followed in a timely manner due to a staffing change in the vendor's business. We have been working to find out exactly what went wrong and are taking every step possible to ensure it never happens again.
Currently, we have confirmation that these packages did in fact get shipped out early this week, but tracking information has still not been made available at this point in time. We are following up on this to see if and when we can get tracking information so that participants can know exactly what is going on with their individual packages.
Please accept our deepest apologies for the way that this drop was processed. We recognize that this is an unacceptable delay and will be reviewing and addressing any ways that we can prevent hiccups like this in the future.
