Has there ever been a chaos draft booster box bundle?

Newish_MTG_PlayerYou mean like Massdrop buying 36 different booster boxes and then selling us a lot of 36 different booster packs? That sounds like a logistical nightmare but that would be sO COOL.

CommanderwhoYeah, that's what I meant. That would be pretty epic. If they were selective about the sets, hopefully they could keep the prices down. I think ideally, it would be random, old, out of print sets that stores can't find buyers for, with maybe a couple of random high dollar boosters. Also, to keep costs down, the set would really only need to be 24 boosters for a draft. The standard 36 box is excessive.

Newish_MTG_PlayerAgain, logistical nightmare and it would be hard to find a place with that many old sets that they actually want to unload like that, but I want to see what they would say. I don't know how to go about asking, though, since there's no way to make a poll with that option.

CommanderwhoI just figured it would be something unique that mass drop could offer that has no comparable product in any other online store. My hopes are dashed of there ever being a competitive Modern Masters drop on here, but a chaos box would be something that would have no basis of comparison online. I'd expect the sweet spot for a box like that to fall in the $200-250 range, as long no single set had more than one booster in the box. Throwing a pack in from each standard legal set (obtained at a discount) and high circulation sets like conspiracy, and maybe some unpopular sets like RTR block, could average out a price to make room for a couple of nice sets. Unboxing and repackaging could be a pain, for sure.
