I just got a phone call about my delivery (in Canada) with $42 charges on it.... yay.... can't wait to see what these charges are!

MadCanMy understanding is that International M13 hasn't shipped yet, it will be shipping out in the next few days.. so I'm pretty sure Ugur, your bill is not related to the M13 shipment. I'll try to confirm that with the warehouse to be sure.
As with all international shipments, we have no control over what a country may (or may not) charge as taxes/duties/etc on incoming packages. So far we've had very few (I can't think of any) reports of our shipments getting charged Canadian taxes.

MarkSo to clarify, m13 hasn't shipped to canada yet and I can expect not to receive them until at least next week?
Edit: My transaction says it is 100% complete (shipped) so i'm just a bit confused.
